The web site contains an account of the up and downs as I attempt to build the 6" Gold Medal Tractor from castings supplied by Little Samson Models.  The construction of a miniature from casting will be a far greater challenge than my previous models which were built from pre-machined kits.

Updates to the website are likely to be sporadic as I am very busy on preparing to build the GMT.  When I was kit building there were long periods of inactivity waiting for kits to be delivered during which I would update the website.  Now that I am scratch building there is nothing to hold me up so I have less free time to update the website.

Sorry - I am too engrossed building my engine to update this site I had been doing a far amount of GMT building over the last few months but have not found time to update this site.  I did start a few pages but did not find the time to finish and publish them. Following my GMT Progress on the Traction Talk Forum I have started an abridged description of my progress in this thread within the model section of the Traction Talk Forum.  I am finding this takes much less time and I hope to be able to complete the updates during my coffee breaks from building.   To view my posts on Traction Talk you will have to register.  This is well worth doing as it is the premiere Traction Engine discussion Forum covering models to fullsize in considerable depth.
